The Partner will represent debtors, secured lenders, landlords, creditors and other stakeholders in Chapter 11, restructurings, and related distressed matters while shaping the direction of the group.

Qualifications

• Seven or more years of substantial bankruptcy and restructuring experience.
• Excellent judgment and strong negotiation, litigation and courtroom skills.
• Established client relationships with demonstrated business development abilities.
• New York admission is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow the bankruptcy and restructuring practice.
• Represent debtors, lenders, landlords, creditors, investors and other stakeholders in Chapter 11 and related matters.
• Shape the practice’s direction and develop new business through existing and referral relationships.
