Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent work experience.
• At least six years of experience with financial institution technologies (Symitar, MeridianLink, Encompass, Alkami, COTS, Image Center, OpCon).
• Leadership experience with coaching, mentoring, and professional development.
• Ability to influence executive leadership and drive strategic technology initiatives.
• Understanding of Agile and iterative project management.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise a distributed core development team across multiple business lines and scrum teams.
• Collaborate with the Enterprise PMO and participate in stakeholder meetings.
• Foster a team-oriented culture promoting diversity, collaboration, quality, customer satisfaction, and innovation.
• Lead design, development, and governance of software solutions for high quality, efficient implementations.
• Establish and implement continuous improvement processes for application management with user feedback and performance analysis.
• Define design patterns, review code, and ensure adherence to coding, compliance, and security standards.
• Partner with external vendors and stay informed about industry trends and vendor roadmaps.
