Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet customers within ten feet and four seconds.
• Supervise and recommend disciplinary action for associates in department.
• Create work schedules, train staff, enforce SOPs, productivity and communication with associates.
• Process invoices, department reports, inventory and supplies.
• Bake and decorate bakery items for display; write on cakes as requested.
