Job summary

PAQ, Inc. is seeking a Bakery Combo Clerk to support the Bakery Lead in achieving sales and profit goals while ensuring an excellent customer experience. You will help with baking duties, prepare items, and maintain a clean, safe department in a fast-paced environment.

This full-time, on-site role requires a high school diploma, 18+ age, and strong customer service with basic math and cash handling skills. Training is provided, and eligibility to work in the U.S. is required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No prior experience required; on-the-job training is provided.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and helpful customer service, including handling difficult situations and resolving customer concerns, with supervisor assistance as needed.
• Follow approved procedures for receiving, pricing, and stocking products to ensure accuracy, quality, and proper rotation.
• Prepare, package, and stock bakery items as assigned.
• Transport products to preparation or storage areas, including refrigerated storage boxes.
• Maintain inventory control to ensure freshness, product quality, and turnover, minimizing out-of-stock or overstocked items.
• Handle damaged and spoiled products according to company policy to control the level of damaged goods.
