You will help maintain Belgian Yum’s authentic product standards while supporting increasing production demand.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate commercial waffle equipment Manage waffle machines and monitor baking consistency throughout production.
• Maintain product quality Ensure waffles meet texture, appearance, and weight standards.
• Support production efficiency Minimize downtime and maintain smooth workflow during production runs.
• Train kitchen staff Assist in teaching production procedures and quality standards.
• Monitor ingredients and batching Ensure recipes and measurements remain consistent across production.

Flexible Scheduling and Reliability

• Early morning shifts may be required.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential.

Qualifications/Experience
