Job summary

Copper Vine in New Orleans is seeking a Head Baker to lead daily bakery and pastry production, ensuring quality, efficiency, and presentation. You will oversee breads, viennoiserie, pastries and desserts for the café while supporting wholesale production for The Whit and Copper Vine.

This is a full-time role requiring hands-on leadership, excellent organization, and the ability to train and manage a team in a high-volume kitchen. Early mornings, weekends, and holidays are required.
