Job summary

Kneaders Bakery & Cafe is seeking a talented Head Baker to lead a dynamic baking team in a fast-paced shop. You will oversee the production of artisan breads and maintain high quality and consistency across the menu.

The role requires 1+ years of large-scale baking experience, strong leadership and customer-service focus, with afternoon/evening availability and occasional overnight shifts during holidays.

Qualifications

• The candidate must comply with local, state, and federal food-handling standards.
• Proven leadership experience in restaurant or retail settings.
• 1+ years of large-scale baking/pastry experience preferred.
• A culinary education is a bonus.
