Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepares, bakes breakfast pastries, breads, rolls, and some desserts.
• Develops new products for a la carte or rotating menu items.
• Decorates baked goods using a pastry bag.
• Sets time and speed controls for mixers to follow recipes.
• Measures ingredients to prepare batters, doughs, fillings, or whipped cream.
• Maintains sufficient stock and proper refrigeration; minimizes waste.
• Lays out baked goods in carts to meet outlet needs; rotates products.
• Cleans and breaks down baking equipment and work areas; assists with other duties.
