Job summary

Responsibilities

• Translate high-level architectural decisions into detailed technical specs for offshore delivery.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for offshore developers facing blockers.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies and bridge time zones with asynchronous docs and walkthroughs.
• Coordinate with the FDE on priorities and tech direction; relay context to offshore team.
• Own day-to-day technical decisions, design, refactoring, and production support strategy.
