Qualifications

• M.S./B.S. degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience, including scalable server-side apps.
• 5+ years of Go and Python programming experience.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Experience with containerization/orchestration (Kubernetes, Docker).
• Proficiency with Linux/Unix systems and shell scripting.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle development of backend features for Cortex XSOAR on‑prem and SaaS.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to shape solutions and integrate with product.
• Provide real-time mitigation and production issue resolution.
• Engage with customers and support teams to troubleshoot and fix issues.
