Qualifications

• M.S./B.S. in Computer Science or equivalent.
• 8+ years of software engineering experience including scalable server-side apps.
• 5+ years Go and Python.
• 7+ years production troubleshooting with on-prem and SaaS.
• Experience with cloud platforms (GCP/AWS/Azure).
• Experience with Kubernetes and Docker.
• Advanced Linux/Unix command line, diagnostics, networking, and scripting.
• Working with AI tools and developing tools to ease work.
• Experience with distributed computing and CAP theorem concepts.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle development of backend features for Cortex XSOAR on-prem and SaaS.
• Collaborate with teams to shape solutions and integrate with product parts.
• Provide real-time mitigation and solutions to production issues.
• Engage with customers and support teams to troubleshoot issues.
