Responsibilities

• Oversee high-level and low-level designs of subsystems within the billing platform
• Ensure quality, reliability, usability, and performance of solutions
• Provide strategic guidance for multiple billing teams and align with technical vision
• Lead design and development of scalable, maintainable software systems
• Identify technical risks and develop solutions to keep product development on track
• Collaborate with product and design teams to ensure cohesive project delivery
• Mentor engineers and promote a culture of continuous improvement
