Job summary

Amira Learning, a leading AI-driven education technology company, is seeking a senior backend engineer to design and own complex systems and data pipelines. You will work across Node.js, Python, .NET, and SQL in a cloud-native environment, delivering AI-assisted features.

This fully remote role welcomes candidates nationwide in the United States. You will translate product requirements into scalable architectures, implement CI/CD, and help improve code quality while collaborating with product

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3 years of experience designing, developing, testing, and implementing software and machine learning solutions in production environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and own complex backend systems end-to-end.
• Design and operate large-scale data pipeline architectures and backend services using AWS technologies.
• Build and maintain backend APIs and distributed data workflows in a cloud-native architecture.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, data scientists, and customer-facing teams to define scope and deliver solutions.
• Mentor teammates in AI-assisted development practices and refine team processes.

Education

Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science or a closely related field
