Alleviation Enterprise LLC seeks a seasoned sales professional who leads by example to build a strong B2B client base for premium supplemental insurance. The role emphasizes mastering our sales process, relationship-building, and closing deals.

As you excel, opportunities may arise to mentor new teammates, deliver training, and take on broader leadership tasks. The position offers weekly draw pay with uncapped commissions, plus performance bonuses and ongoing development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or minimum of 4 years post-high school work experience (candidates within 6 months of degree completion or less than 4 years of professional work experience with relevant sales or athletic background will be considered).
• Active Health & Life Insurance Producer license in your resident state (or willing to obtain) with study course provided and license fees reimbursement.
• Excellent at handling objections and closing deals, with a proactive, leadership-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

• Sell and cultivate a strong B2B client base for premium supplemental insurance.
• Master and proficiently execute the B2B sales process, including relationship-building and cold calling.
• Mentor, train, and motivate incoming team members as opportunities arise.
