Job summary

Wolverine Industries is seeking reliable production workers for 12-hour shifts (6 p.m.–6 a.m.) to support our growing operation. You will lead a two-person team and operate the B&O Cutback Saw, ensuring production quotas are met while following strict safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
• Ability to read production documents and safety manuals.
• Ability to read measurement tools (calipers, tape measure).
• Basic math, reading and writing skills required.
• Willingness to follow all safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of two others and meet production targets.
• Operate the B&O Cutback Saw.
• Review work orders and set up saw per specifications.
• Load material accurately to meet tolerance.
• Visually inspect material and check cut lengths.
• Pack cut material per work order requirements.
• Communicate with supervisor, forklift driver, maintenance, quality, etc.
• Keep workspace clean and safe.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
