Job summary

You will work across shifts in a 24/7 operation with overtime; leadership, strong troubleshooting, and ability to read schematics are essential. This role supports a major aviation MRO operation with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• 3+ years avionics experience, troubleshooting and installation.
• Leadership or supervisory experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English; read manuals and schematics.

Responsibilities

• Ensures compliance with FAA regulations and company policies.
• Leads technicians and coordinates work across shifts.
• Reviews repair methods, estimates parts, materials, and tooling.
• Performs maintenance, testing, and repair of avionics equipment.
• Calibrates equipment and provides on-the-job training.
• Maintains safety, quality standards, and team communications.
• Tracks time on work orders and improves productivity.
• May work at Marana, AZ and Tucson, AZ locations as needed.
