West Star Aviation Inc. is seeking a Lead Avionics Maintenance Technician to supervise a team of technicians in Chattanooga, TN. You will oversee aircraft electrical, electronic, and instrument systems, troubleshoot, repair, and coordinate project flow while maintaining FAA compliance.

The role requires strong leadership, hands-on avionics knowledge, and the ability to manage multiple projects with direct customer contact. On-site duties and occasional travel may apply.

Qualifications

• 8+ years prior experience on aircraft maintenance/avionics, incl. supervising 4+ technicians.
• Advanced knowledge of FAA paperwork, work orders and use of Corridor systems.

Responsabilités

• Lead a team of technicians to deliver high-quality avionics work and manage project flow.
• Coordinate workload, train/menter team, and ensure on-time completion of projects.
• Handle work orders, FAA paperwork, and customer communications.
• Supervise multiple projects and ensure schedule adherence and quality.
