Gulfstream Aerospace Corporation in Fort Worth seeks an RS Avionics/Elec Tech Lead to plan, coordinate and supervise electrical/avionics activities on large cabin aircraft. Must have extensive hands-on experience and ability to provide daily updates on schedules, repairs, and parts while ensuring compliance with FARs and company procedures.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and the ability to adapt to shifting priorities; travel up to 25% is expected.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 2 years experience on large/mid-size aircraft.
• 8 years experience in avionics/electrical field; or 2 years accredited schooling + 6 years related experience.
• FAA A&P license or be able to obtain repairman certificate within 30 days.
• FCC license or NCATT certification preferred.

Mansioni

• Plans, schedules, and completes tasks to meet the master schedule with daily status reports.
• Coordinates Electrical and Avionics activities to meet aircraft schedules and deadlines.
• Supervises and instructs electrical technicians with troubleshooting guidance.
• Maintains knowledge of ASC, Customer Bulletins, inspection schedules, and maintenance records.
• Ensures safety programs and compliance with FARs and procedures.
• Keeps logs and records up to date; monitors daily job charging for accuracy.
