Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Associate degree in Aviation field preferred.
• 2+ years' experience in Quality Records; SME in the role.
• Experience with EmpowerMX Fleet Cycle preferred.
• Knowledge of aircraft records requirements.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) preferred.
• Aircraft maintenance data collection experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and good judgment.

Responsibilities

• Audits and reviews maintenance documentation before aircraft delivery.
• Manage day-to-day tasks and assign projects to team members.
• Liaise with customers on behalf of the Leader.
• Lead audits of paperwork against the maintenance information system.
• Ensure completeness of maintenance documentation and required signatures.
• Report discrepancies via EmpowerMX Fleet Cycle system.
• Support Operations and Quality Control in correcting documentation errors.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
