Job summary

Daisy is seeking a detail‑oriented Technician or Lead Technician at our Potomac branch to install, configure, and service low‑voltage integrated systems across the metro DC area. You will partner with designers, builders, and clients to ensure high‑quality installations and ongoing support.

The role offers hands‑on training, growth opportunities, and a collaborative environment that values safety, reliability, and exceptional service.

Qualifications

3–5 years of hands‑on experience with AV, networking, and smart home technologies.
Mastery of wiring for low‑voltage systems; electrician’s license preferred.
System configuration, calibration, programming, testing, and troubleshooting.
Proficiency with Control4; Savant, Crestron, Josh.ai a plus.
Certifications (CEDIA, AVIXA) preferred; Lutron knowledge helpful.
Strong customer service mindset and leadership abilities.
Background check and drug screening required.

Responsibilities

Install, configure, service, and troubleshoot AV, networking, lighting, shading, and home automation systems.
Read blueprints and schematics to complete installations accurately.
Lead site setup, rack builds, terminations, and final client acceptance.
Maintain remote access, monitoring, and service protocols for reliability.
