Nuro is seeking a Shift Supervisor to lead an in-vehicle operator team and drive performance improvements. You will hire, onboard and develop a team of approximately 20 operators, align with planning on feature rollouts, and ensure adherence to safety and quality metrics.

You will manage start/end of shift processes, capture attendance, support software-related tasks, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize throughput while maintaining high standards of safety and compliance.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2+ years managing teams of 10+ direct reports.
• Natural leader with ownership mindset.
• Understanding of US labor, employment and driving laws.
• Strong problem solving and data review skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
• Able to work nights, evenings and weekends.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Willing to learn and grow with the team.
