Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. is seeking an Installation Technician 2 in Tucson, AZ to perform installation tasks such as cable pulls, terminations, rack fabrication, and integration of AV systems on contracted projects.

The role may involve leading installation crews and coordinating with the Project Manager to ensure quality, schedule, and customer satisfaction. The candidate should have 2–4 years of AV installation experience, a high school diploma, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction and teamwork.
• Experience with AV system installation, testing, and troubleshooting of low-voltage cabling.
• Ability to lead small crews and coordinate site activities with Project Manager.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation tasks per project scope including cable pulls and terminations.
• Lead Level 1 Technicians and oversee workmanship on-site.
• Read schematics and blueprints; install, test, and verify AV systems functionality.
