Job summary

AVI-SPL, Inc. in Eagleville, Pennsylvania is seeking an Installation Technician 3 to perform installation tasks for contracted projects. Responsibilities include leading installation teams on complex projects, mentoring junior technicians, and ensuring quality and customer satisfaction.

The ideal candidate will have strong audio-visual systems knowledge, experience in low-voltage cabling, and the ability to work independently. The position requires a commitment to delivering high-quality work and may involve travel to various job sites.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4‑6 years installation experience in audiovisual or related industry.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
• Strong work ethic and commitment to quality.

Responsibilities

• Perform installation tasks based on project scope.
• Lead and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 Technicians on site.
• Read and interpret electronic schematics and blueprints.
• Test point-to-point cabling and system functionality.
