Job summary

Momentum BMW is seeking a Service Technician to perform vehicle repair and maintenance per dealer and factory standards, while supervising apprentice technicians. You will diagnose malfunctions, coordinate with the parts department, and ensure safety and compliance throughout the service process.

Responsibilities include documenting work, test-driving when required, and maintaining a clean, organized shop. A high CSI is essential, and ASE or manufacturing training is preferred.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or the equivalent.
• ASE or manufacturing training required.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record.
• Must be authorized to work in the USA.

Responsibilities

• Receive repair orders and perform work per dealer and factory standards.
• Diagnose vehicle malfunctions and perform repairs as outlined.
• Coordinate with parts department to obtain parts and tag for warranty.
• Inspect vehicles for safety issues and report delays to service advisor.
• Document all work and road-test vehicles when required.
• Supervise apprentice technicians and attend training classes.
• Maintain shop cleanliness and track dealership tools.
• Follow federal/state/local hazardous waste and safety policies.
• Maintain high CSI through quality workmanship and customer service.
