Job summary

Momentum BMW in the Town of Texas, Wisconsin, is seeking an experienced Automotive Service Technician to perform vehicle repair and maintenance in accordance with dealer and factory standards. You will diagnose issues, perform repairs, and test drive vehicles to ensure quality.

Qualifications

Minimum 2+ years of experience as an Automotive Service Technician.
High school diploma or the equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a good driving record.
Authorized to work in the USA and able to pass pre-employment testing.

Responsibilities

Inspect vehicles to identify mechanical, electrical, or diagnostic issues.
Perform repairs across engine, transmission, brakes, suspension, electrical, and HVAC systems.
Take vehicles on test drives to verify repairs.
Replace or repair components such as spark plugs, filters, brakes, rotors, belts, and hoses.
Conduct routine maintenance like oil changes, tire rotations, fluid checks, and alignments.
Ensure safety by addressing any additional services needed.
Coordinate with service advisor on scope and timing.
Communicate with parts to obtain required components.
Tag parts for warranty or customer requests.
Operate within a flat-rate hourly framework.
