Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in the United States is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using leadership and mentoring skills to uplift a team and improve customer care and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Minimum requirements include valid driver's license and ability to drive customer and company vehicles.
• ASE certifications in at least five of A1–A8 within two years is preferred; tests and fees paid by the company.
• Strong diagnostic skills in brakes, alignment, suspension and electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brakes, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain technical diagnoses and repairs to non-technical customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid formal training; mentor other technicians.
• Obtain and maintain ASE certifications as required.
