Qualifications

• Must have a valid automobile driver's license.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair and alignment/suspension.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications (brake/ hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems).
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through ongoing training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) within the first two years of employment.
