Qualifications

• Diagnose and repair to specifications: brake/hydraulic, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications and explain needed repairs to non-mechanical customers.
• Lead and mentor technicians to improve customer care and satisfaction.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
