Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations, part of Bridgestone Americas, is seeking a Lead Technician responsible for diagnosing drivability and electrical systems while mentoring a team to improve customer care and satisfaction.

The position offers flat-rate pay with a pay range of $22.90–$40.08 per hour, and opportunities for ASE certification through company-supported training and test reimbursements.

Qualifications

• Must be able to diagnose and repair brake systems and hydraulics, electrical components, and fuel systems.
• Ability to explain technical diagnoses to non-technical customers.
• Willingness to stay current with automotive tech through formal training.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles to specifications (brakes, exhaust, electrical, suspension, A/C).
• Explain repairs clearly to customers and teammates.
• Participate in ongoing training to maintain certifications and skills.
• Assist and mentor technicians in technical tasks.
• Aim to obtain ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests paid by company.
