Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and ability to drive company vehicles.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair and electrical systems.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.
• ASE certifications across multiple areas are highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications for brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers or non-technical staff.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Pursue and maintain ASE certifications (A1–A8) within two years; tests paid by company.
