Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Omaha, NE, seeks a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while leading a team toward higher customer care and satisfaction. Youll mentor teammates and pursue ongoing formal training while enjoying a performance-based pay model.

ASE certs, valid license, and strong brakes/alignment skills are required; company offers health benefits, paid time off, 401(k), and on‑the‑job training.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair and alignment/ suspension diagnosis.
• Knowledge of electrical/electronic systems and general automotive maintenance.
• A.S.E. certifications in at least five of A1–A8 within two years (tests/fees covered).

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brakes, exhaust, electrical, suspension and A/C.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non‑mechanical customers.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Obtain and maintain ASE certifications within two years of employment.
