Job summary

All Tune Total Car Care in Laredo, Texas, is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician to join a high-performance shop. You will diagnose drivability, electrical, HVAC, and major mechanical issues, and mentor teammates to uphold quality workmanship.

You will work directly with ownership, help shape our team and culture, and ensure honest recommendations and customer trust with your 5+ years of experience and own tools.

Qualifications

• Have 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Can independently diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, HVAC, and major mechanical concerns.
• Take pride in quality workmanship and working as part of a team.
• Own your tools and have a valid driver's license.
• Hold ASE certifications (preferred) and EPA 609 certification.
