Job summary

All Tune Laredo-6125 is expanding its automotive team in Laredo, TX, seeking Automotive Technicians/Mechanics at all skill levels. You will diagnose and repair a range of vehicles, perform maintenance, and contribute to a fast-paced, team-oriented shop culture.

The role offers growth opportunities toward Master Technician or shop leadership, with daytime hours Monday-Friday 8am-6pm and occasional weekend availability. Competitive pay ($16-$25/hr), benefits, uniforms, and PTO provided.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of experience in a professional automotive shop environment.
• At least 1 ASE certification preferred (not required)
• Section 609 EPA Certification for automotive HVAC (required or must obtain within 6 months)
• Comfortable using modern diagnostic tools and repair equipment
• Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
• Must provide personal hand and specialty tools
• Valid Texas driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be 18 years or older and able to lift 50 lbs.
• Team player with a positive attitude and commitment to learning
• Reliable transportation to commute to Laredo, TX

Position Overview

The Automotive Technician / Mechanic performs customer‑requested maintenance and repairs with accuracy, efficiency, and strong quality control. You’ll diagnose mechanical and electrical issues, perform preventative maintenance, and ensure vehicles are returned to customers in safe, reliable condition. This position offers excellent opportunities for career advancement, including pathways to become a Master Technician or move into shop leadership roles with continued training and experience.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule

• Full‑time position
• Monday through Friday, with availability for occasional weekends as needed
• Monday through Friday 8:00 am to 6:00 pm; Saturday 8:00 am to 3:00 pm
