Job summary

All Tune Total Car Care in Laredo, TX is seeking a Lead Automotive Technician with 5+ years of professional auto repair experience. You will diagnose drivability, electrical, HVAC, and major mechanical issues, own tools, and work closely with ownership to shape the shop's direction.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional automotive repair experience.
• Ability to independently diagnose and repair drivability, electrical, HVAC, and major mechanical concerns.
• Own tools and have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certifications (preferred) and EPA 609 certification.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair vehicles across drivability, electrical, HVAC, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team and communicate findings clearly.
• Follow shop processes and provide accurate estimates.
