Job summary

All Tune Laredo-6125 is seeking an Experienced Automotive Diagnostic Technician to join our service department. You will perform advanced diagnostics, A/C service and electrical troubleshooting, and complete mechanical repairs including engine and transmission work.

You will mentor less experienced technicians, maintain high safety and quality standards, and ensure customer satisfaction. Join a team that values skill, integrity, and continuous growth in a thriving Laredo shop.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years in a professional automotive repair facility.
• At least 2 current ASE certifications (preferred).
• EPA Section 609 Certification for automotive HVAC required.
• Strong proficiency in advanced diagnostics and electrical systems.
• Must supply personal hand tools and specialty tools.
• Valid Florida driver's license and clean driving record.
• Team-oriented and able to follow established procedures.
• Pursuit of ASE Master Certification encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Perform accurate diagnostics, maintenance, and repair on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
• Conduct A/C system service, electrical troubleshooting, and advanced drivability testing.
• Repair and replace engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension, and steering components.
• Complete all customer-requested work with precision and efficiency.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area in compliance with shop policies.
• Collaborate with service advisors and management to ensure timely and complete job execution.
• Mentor and support team members to improve skills and performance.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards.
