Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations is seeking a Lead Technician in Wisconsin to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and mentor a team for improved customer care. Expect pay range $24.10–$41.23 hourly with a flat-rate model reflecting regional earning potential.

Responsibilities include diagnosing brake, suspension, and electrical systems, explaining repairs to customers, and pursuing ASE certifications with company support. A valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• Brake, alignment and suspension diagnosis/repair skills.
• Ability to explain technical issues to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition and electrical systems.
• Explain diagnoses and repairs to customers clearly.
• Pursue ASE certifications with company support.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid training.
• Train and mentor technicians in technical activities.
