Job summary

Delta World Tire is seeking a Senior Automotive Technician to ensure repairs are performed correctly and efficiently by qualified technicians, diagnosing and repairing vehicles in line with MAP guidelines and brand standards.

The role requires performing complex and heavy-duty repairs, documenting all recommendations, and maintaining high customer satisfaction. Flexible schedule, Monday–Saturday, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Previous automotive technician/mechanic experience required.
• Ability to demonstrate proper use of computerized diagnostics equipment.
• Valid Driver’s license in the work state; out-of-state licenses must be transferred within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses vehicles according to certifications/experience.
• Performs Multi-point Inspections and repairs with efficiency and accuracy.
• Explains diagnoses and needed repairs to customers and store personnel.
• Recommends necessary services and documents recommendations in the customer file.
• Adheres to safety procedures and company policies; works Monday–Saturday.
