Bridgestone Americas, Inc. is seeking a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, mentor a team, and deliver high-quality customer care. You will lead repairs across brakes, alignment, and maintenance while advancing your ASE credentials.

This role requires strong diagnostic skills, a valid driver's license, and commitment to ongoing training. Competitive pay and a comprehensive benefits package accompany a proactive work environment.

Formación

• Valid automobile driver’s license at all times.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair.
• Skilled in alignment, steering & suspension diagnosis/repair.
• General automotive maintenance & tire repair.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Reading, writing and math skills.
• ASE certification in at least 3 of A1–A8 (L1 allowed).

Responsabilidades

• Diagnose and repair to specifications – brakes, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, and suspension.
• Explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to non-mechanical individuals.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within first two years of employment.
