Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) is seeking a Lead Technician in Florida to diagnose drivability and electrical systems and to mentor a team focused on high-quality customer care.

The position offers a performance-based, flat-rate pay model with potential earnings reflecting experience and regional demand. Bridgestone supports training, ASE certifications, and competitive benefits for full-time teammates.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license and be able to drive customer and company vehicles.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair and alignment/suspension.
• Experience with automotive electrical, heating/AC and computer systems.
• Maintain ASE certifications and pursue additional tests within 2 years.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake, hydraulic, exhaust, fuel ignition, electrical, suspension, A/C and computer systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to non-technical customers.
• Stay current with automotive tech through paid training and mentoring.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Pursue ASE certifications (A1–A8) with company support.
