Job summary

Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) seeks a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems while using leadership to drive a team toward enhanced customer care and satisfaction. The role features flat-rate pay and region-based earnings potential.

You will stay current with evolving automotive tech, mentor junior staff, and participate in ongoing formal training arranged by the company. A strong focus on safety and quality is required.

Qualifications

• Experience diagnosing brakes and related systems.
• Ability to explain repairs clearly to customers.
• Will pursue ASE certifications within two years.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair to specifications across brake, hydraulic, exhaust, primary and/or advanced fuel ignition and electrical systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers in non-technical terms.
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology through formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in performing technical activities.
• Obtain or maintain ASE certifications within two years of employment.
