Bridgestone Retail Operations (BSRO) in Sachse, TX seeks a Lead Technician to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, while using leadership and mentoring to lift team performance and customer satisfaction.

The role offers flat-rate pay with a pay range of $24.10–$40.87 per hour, extensive paid training, ASE certification support, and benefits including medical, dental and vision, vacation, 401(k) matching, and daily pay options.

Qualifications

• Must have valid driver’s license at all times.
• Skilled in brakes diagnosis/repair.
• Skilled in alignment, steering & suspension diagnosis/repair.
• Skilled in general automotive maintenance & tire repair.
• Reading, writing and math skills.
• Ability to communicate technical information to non-technical people.
• Current federal, state and local certification/license where applicable.

Responsabilités

• Diagnose and repair braking, hydraulic, exhaust, ignition, electrical, suspension and A/C systems.
• Explain diagnoses and needed repairs to customers clearly.
• Stay current with automotive technology through paid formal training.
• Assist and train technicians in technical activities.
• Aim to obtain ASE certifications within two years; tests paid by the company.
