You will oversee hiring, coaching, scheduling, and performance management while ensuring safety, inventory accuracy, and exceptional service. Expect a lengthy weekly schedule aligning with business needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10–20 in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Achieve overall store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage and grow Professional Customer relationships and sales; hold team accountable to Customer action plans.
• Hire, develop, coach, schedule and engage store team members.
• Ensure execution of inventory and operational standards.
• Coach team members to meet Customer expectations (DIY and Professional).
• Manage on-duty responsibilities including coaching, floor/phone management, task assignments, safety, opening/closing duties.
• Lead change management and foster a diverse, respectful environment.
