Advance Auto Parts Inc. seeks a General Manager to inspire the team and drive Customer success and profitable growth with integrity. The role blends store systems, automotive knowledge, and DIY/Professional service leadership, with accountability for financial metrics and store appearance.

Exempt position requiring 50-55 hours weekly, typical 5-6 days with 11-hour shifts, including rotating nights and weekends. Schedule may adjust based on business needs and staffing.

Formación

• 2-3 years of experience managing a team of 10-20 in a fast-paced retail setting.
• Proven profitability and strong business acumen.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Achieve store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage Professional Customer relationships and sales growth.
• Hire, develop, coach and schedule store Team Members.
