Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience in preventive maintenance as a Lead or Supervisor in equipment maintenance for automotive manufacturing.
Strong communication skills to liaise with internal and external contacts.
Proven troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Experience with standard and specialized maintenance equipment and tools.
Leadership experience in supervising and developing maintenance teams.

Responsibilities

Lead, support, and prioritize maintenance activities and staff to ensure efficient operations.
Educate and assist maintenance personnel with training, career development, and skill enhancement.
Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to manage contract work and project timelines.
Prepare budgets, manage costs, and oversee procurement of materials and equipment.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and safety standards.
