Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in supervising a 20+ person team.
• 2+ years’ experience in manufacturing.
• 2+ years’ experience with inventory, shipping/receiving, or materials.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in manufacturing/production/warehouse preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily operations including production, scheduling, quality control, and shipping.
• Audit teams to ensure adherence to processes and improve efficiency.
• Ensure safety standards and a hazard-free environment.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and production standards.
• Ensure timely order commitments to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Assist in hiring site personnel and to prepare shift reports.
