Job summary

MEDA Engineering & Technical Services is seeking an experienced Program Manager for a Tier 1 injection molding client in Sterling Heights, Michigan. You will lead programs from inception to production, coordinate APQP, manage tooling, and ensure on-time, on-budget launches.

The ideal candidate has 5 years in program management in injection molding and automotive environment, strong communication, and experience with APQP, GD&T, and customer kickoff with GM/Ford/Toyota.

Qualifications

• 5 years of program management in injection molding
• 5 years engineering experience in automotive environment
• Experience with GD&T, APQP, and tooling
• Experience launching GM, Stellantis, Ford, or Toyota programs

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage programs from inception to production
• Lead APQP teams to ensure on-time, on-budget launches
• Coordinate prototype/production sample submissions
• Ensure quality data submission and production readiness
• Manage tooling suppliers and costing
• Support engineering changes post-launch
• Drive cost reduction initiatives
• Participate in design and readiness reviews with customers
