The role involves coaching staff, conducting cost analyses, reviewing vendor invoices, and ensuring compliance with regulations. This is a permanent, on-site position with opportunities to lead teams and optimize maintenance costs.

Qualifications

• ASE certification - Preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Responsabilités

• Ensures supervisors and mechanics complete safety training.
• Conducts cost-benefit analysis to determine which vehicles require maintenance or disposal.
• Reviews spending trends, audits vendor repair invoices, and conducts monthly audits of high-cost centers.
• Inspects accident sites and vehicles as needed to determine the cause of accidents.
• Maintains labor relations and address and resolve labor issues.
• Coaches and provides feedback to employees.
• Conduct performance evaluations and resolve individual and group performance issues.
