UPS is seeking a FT Supervisor to maintain a safe, reliable fleet and oversee asset care. You will manage vendor relationships, supervise maintenance scheduling, and drive cost-control initiatives across multiple shifts and locations.

The role involves audits, cost monitoring (fuel, parts, tires, labor), and coordinating with drivers, technicians, and vendors. Travel up to 25% may be required; permanent employment with a focus on safety and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
• Willing to travel internationally up to 25%
• Ability to understand policies and procedures within business operations
• Ability to manage equipment repair and oversee the correction of problems with tools, machinery, and other standard technical equipment
• Ability to manage inspections, physical assets and relationships with vendors
• Employee Type: Permanent

Responsabilités

• Supports automotive safety and regulatory compliance by conducting facility audits and coordinating safety and regulatory training.
• Ensures adequate inventory levels (parts, tires, etc.) to support business processes.
• Works with other groups to prevent, identify, and resolve equipment and service problems.
• Adheres to purchasing limits, expense approval procedures, and equipment disposal guidelines.
• Reviews and approves automotive expenses.
• Determines employee training needs to produce continuous development plans
• Conducts performance evaluations and resolves individual and group performance issues.
