Qualifications

• 8+ years in automotive software validation or equivalent R&D environments.
• Experience creating and executing validation methodologies for emerging vehicle technologies.
• Strong ability to diagnose complex issues across software, embedded systems, and vehicle networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead test strategy development and validation activities across multiple automotive software and prototype projects
• Define test approaches and methodologies for new and emerging vehicle technologies
• Perform software, embedded, integration, regression, and edge-device testing
• Support proof-of-concept (POC) and research-driven validation initiatives
• Capture, analyze, and interpret CAN logs and vehicle communication data
• Develop and maintain automated test scripts using Python and CAPL
• Utilize automotive tools such as CANoe, CANalyzer, CANape, and dSPACE for testing and diagnostics
• Validate applications running on SoC platforms, embedded Linux, and connected vehicle systems
• Collaborate cross-functionally with software engineering, research teams, and vendors to identify and resolve complex issues
• Drive defect analysis, root cause investigation, and continuous improvement of validation processes
