Responsibilities / Duties:

  • Diagnose, identify, and resolve vehicle issues promptly and accurately.
  • Ensure repairs are completed correctly the first time, meeting or exceeding industry standards.
  • Conduct comprehensive inspections on every vehicle to identify existing and potential issues.
  • Report any discrepancies promptly to facilitate efficient resolution.
  • Maintain efficiency and meet deadlines to ensure timely completion of repairs.
  • Uphold a clean and organized work environment, including tools and equipment.
  • Contribute to overall shop cleanliness and organization.
  • Assist fellow technicians when needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Share knowledge and expertise to enhance the overall efficiency of the team.
  • Actively seek opportunities to improve skills and stay abreast of the latest advancements in automotive technology.
  • Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance proficiency and knowledge.
  • Adhere to the order of repairs set by the Service Advisor through the shop's Workflow System.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as an Automotive Technician.
  • Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing various vehicle makes and models.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Ability to follow the shop's Workflow System and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills with team members.
  • Commitment to maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
